We welcome external researchers to deposit binding affinity data of protein-ligand complexes! This will serve as a supplementary approach to enrich the collection of this database and will make it a more valuable resource for the scientific community. With you permission, we will acknowledge your contribution in the Hall of Fame below.

Deposit form (all fields are required):

PDB code

(e.g. 1bxo)

Binding Affinity

(e.g. Ki = 0.10 nM)

Reference
(e.g. Biochemistry 1998, vol.37, pp.16839)

Would you like to be acknowledged in the "Hall of Fame"?

(1) We only accept binding affinity data for protein-ligand complexes that can be found in PDB. Thus you must provide the PDB code of the protein-ligand complex you are depositing. To avoid overlap, please make sure that the binding affinity you are depositing is not currently included in our database. (2) You must provide us the reference where you cited the binding affinity of the protein-ligand complex you are depositing. We will review that reference by ourselves before we add it to our database. We prefer binding affinity data cited from original references. But you are welcome to leave all kinds of references.
